Haven't been updating for a while... why? Because I'm really happy and busy :) School is in full swing now, and I'm currently waging a war with my list of "things to do". Right now it's in a steady state of about 8 items. I will win!
I have been having weekend vacations for the past 3 weeks. The first weekend I was back, I went to Cornell. Yeah I actually really like Cornell... the abundance of nature really makes me want to keep going back. Of course, Cornell offers way more than just nature :P Yah yah my brother is in Cornell... and I enjoy seeing family as much as possible! Hahahaha... *cheeky grin*
The weekend after that, I went to Carnegie Mellon to visit Greg and Kwokming. I took a 6 hour greyhound bus from Philadelphia all the way to Pittsburgh! (ok sidetrack... while I was waiting for the bus in Philadelphia, there was a bomb scare and we were all evacuated from the building. Then they detonated the bomb, safely of course, and there was this really loud boom sound.) Haha... yah anyway, so i spent the weekend in Pittsburgh.
3rd weekend (the one that just went by) Wee Lee, Alex, Chinning, Eugene and Greg came to Penn to visit as well as to run the Philadelphia Half Marathon. I ran too!! Finished it in 2 hours 4 minutes. It was really enjoyable, weather was almost perfect (cept for the cold spell just before we started) and of course, the company was wonderful :P The weekend was just amazing... for more reasons than one.
Yeah so now I think I should get serious about school.... hehe. Decided to pull out of the badminton team cos I really can't afford the time. Want to spend more time this semester in church/fellowship, cos I have some major catching up to do!! Gosh I sound so excited now, but yeah i really am. Very very happy recently and I really thank the Lord for everything. A couple of months ago I was in the deepest of dumps but He has provided for me since and has showered me with so many unbelievable gifts. I am really going to cherish what He has given me :) Yup yup... keep everyone in suspense! Sometimes i feel like I'm gonna burst cos I can't keep happy things to myself. But cannot write such things on the blog!
