And the Jia Xiang Tou Fu from Long Beach Seafood restaurant. Rectangular lightly-fried soft tofu with damn shiok gravy.
Egg tarts. Last time Philly got a chinese restaurant called HK Golden Phoenix where I bring ppl to eat dim sum. The egg tarts there are super fresh and come as miniature-sized ones. *yum*
Hmm... and Bing Gan Rou made my my mummy. Pork chop covered with Marie biscuit crumbs and fried.
I like steamed egg. Sometimes my mum puts century egg, and sometimes she puts minced pork. But I like the egg part most. My sister likes the egg part most too, so we fight. If I go to Jap restaurant, must always get Chawanmushi. But not all of them are good. I can't remember where I had the best one.
My dad makes this Lotus root + peanuts + cuttlefish + papaya (sometimes) soup that's damn nice also. He can cook very well but I dunno why he always puts ginger in the fried omelette. Plus he cut until so small so hard to remove. I think it's so cool he can cook so well. Last time ppl say must marry girl who can cook well... but now modern liao, must marry guy who can cook well. hahaha.
My sister got piano exam yesterday or today, can't really remember. I hope she does well... last time when I have piano exam I will get this sick sick feeling in my stomach. But I think she super not kan cheong one. Everything also very relaxed. Nowadays I also very relaxed in school. Got so much time to write blogs. Got so much time to put many many pictures some more.

I will present here the secret to enjoying olives.
The key is first impression. At the sight of an olive, one must suppress the assumption that since it looks like a currant or grape, it should taste sweet and sour.
Once this is achieved, the rest comes naturally.
