WHITE WATER RAFTING TRIP @ DEERFIELD RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS

This is the troop. Clockwise from bottom right --> Najib, Palex, Angela, Xiaojuan, Katherina, Jianlong, Me, Thomas and Trevor.

We are at Moxie Rafting Site... in winter this place becomes a ski resort, but in summer, it's river rafting time!


As you can see, the weather is bright and sunny,
and before we leave, we are all dry and happy. We split into 2 boats, girls & boys. While we were in the building, we were given a safety briefing and "Intro to Rafting". The fella said something like "How tight your life jacket is at the end of the day depends on whether you're still in it."








Ok the following photos were taken by the Rafting company's official photographers cos obviously we couldn't bring our pretty little digicams onto the rafts. In this first picture... I'm on the left hand side right at the back. It was fun! But not fun enough for me.... hahhaha... so after a while, we swapped places!





Now in this picture ---> I am in the front, on the right hand side of the raft. We were allowed to change positions but must remain on the same side of the boat because we took a bit of time to practise so the guide did not want us to get confused. By this time, we were quite wet. Haha... and oh oh, the water was quite shiok! It was about 10 degrees water I think, but because the sun was shining quite brightly, the splashing water felt sooooo nice!


Yup... so you see... white water rafting is FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!!!. Now I want to do the single kayak thing... but it's too ex leh. Plus got no car to drive there myself to take the lessons. Immediately after the trip we were like " ok next trip when?" I want to go skydiving too... but that one must save up a bit first lah. Hehe.. I love all these thrilling stuff. I love roller coasters!! Anything that is very "ci ji" is fun for me :) But I don't like horror movies though. Those are NOT "ci ji".
